The room was very well decorated with coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area.
A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Amicable, easy going staff towards all guests. Location close to the bahia palace, deserts, waterfall and other places and the touristic medina. For shots visit Kosybar, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel

My room had coffee and tea making stuff, plus a spot to eat. Also, it's in a cool spot by Jewish Cemetery Miaara 🌟.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated next to the palace and in close proximity to all of the main attractions in the city. Guests also appreciated the convenience of being led to a nearby cheap cafe for breakfast. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
Some guests reported that the shared bathroom and toilets were not always clean, and toilet paper was frequently missing.

The location was marvelous, right next to Miaara, and being a 10-15 minute walk from downtown worked well for us.

My recent stay at Essassi Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient, with Jemaa el-Fnaa square and Bahia Palace nearby. The terrace was a great place to relax and take in the view. Despite being on a budget, the rooms were comfortable and the decor in the central common area was quite nice. While there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of windows in some rooms and only one shared toilet for multiple rooms, overall, I would recommend this hotel for its affordability and decent amenities.

For such an affordable price, I was pleasantly surprised by the value I got at this hostel. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a great view from the rooftop. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the entrance of the beautiful Bahia Palace. Above all, the staff at Essassi 23 were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.
Breakfast choices could have been better, perhaps with more variety.
